Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon essential oil is a fresh, uplifting aroma commonly used in natural cleaning products.
Effect on mind: Lemon essential oil has a clean, fresh and lively scent which helps to dispel sluggishness. Stimulates the body and aids clear thinking.
Effect on body: Stimulates white blood cells, strengthening the immune system which fights infection. Antiseptic properties relieve sore throats, coughs and colds. Soothes insect bites and stings.
Effect on skin: Removes dead skin cells and improves pale or dull complexions. Cleanses oily skin and hair and helps to smooth out broken capillaries. Helps remove corns and warts and softens scar tissue.

Do not apply undiluted essential oils to your skin. Use a carrier oil or solvent to dilute first.
Do not drip undiluted essential oils into eyes as this will cause a chemical burn and may result in temporary blindness. Diluted essential oils may be used close to the eyes. More here.
Undiluted essential oils should not be dripped into the ears, but diluted essential oils may be placed on a cotton wad for partial insertion.
Keep essential oils in a place where young children cannot reach them, and never let them handle essential oils bottles.
