For the past several months we’ve been busy working away on our brand new Shopify website – we hope you love it as much as we do!
I wanted to take some time to go through all the things you might have noticed are different.
Now Easier Than Ever
We listened to your feedback when you said you found the different levels and rewards confusing so we’ve made our new loyalty program super simple.
There are no more levels. All you need to do is ensure you’ve activated your account and are logged in when you place an order. After that you will earn 1 point per $1 spent. You can then redeem those points for gift cards.
We’ve eliminated the VIP levels. Now everyone gets free shipping on orders over $50.
We have carried all previously earned points and active gift cards across from our old system so don’t worry about losing your hard earned points.
We’ve also extended the points expiry date from 6 months to 2 years.
As mentioned above we’re now offering Free Shipping to everyone who purchases over $50 per order.
If you don’t quite make the $50 limit we have a flat rate fee of:
|North Island – Rural||$15.00|
|South Island – Rural||$20.00|
You can no longer choose which courier company to deliver your parcel.
We work with several different courier companies including, NZ Couriers, NZ Post, PBT Couriers and Post Haste.
We will select the best courier for your parcel/address. Please note that we might use different courier companies at different times depending on a number of factors.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to migrate all your past order history from our old website platform to our new Shopify site. We have setup a temporary domain where you can login (using your original login details) to view your past order history.
Please note, you will only be able to see your past orders – there will be no product information, nor the ability to print PDF invoices. This is a “bare bones” website that we will have running for the next few months.
We were able to migrate your name and contact details to our new website, however you will need to activate your account and reset your password.
We have already sent out account activation emails, however if you didn’t get an email you can send us a message and we’ll resend the account activation link.
Please be aware that if you don’t activate your account you will not be enrolled in our Loyalty Program.
You may have seen this website already, but if not, our clearance website can be found at www.laststop.co.nz – this has all our remaining candle and soap making stock which we are no longer selling from Zen Aroma. You can pick up many of these products at, or below, cost price.
