Patchouli Essential Oil

Patchouli essential oil has a distinctive deep earthy aroma. Often used to blend with other essential oils

Effect on mind: Promotes a sense of balance. Banishes lethargy and sharpens the wits, which helps clarity problems and keep the mind more objective.

Effect on body: Has a diuretic effect, which can be useful in cases of water retention. May offset heavy sweating, so helpful when feeling hot and bothered! Provides very effective relief for insect bites.

Effect on skin: Aids tissue regeneration in regrowth of skin cells and scars. Cools inflamed skin and helps rough, cracked sink, sores and wounds. May be beneficial in acne, eczema, fungal infections and scalp disorders.

Blends well with: Bergamot, frankincense, geranium, lavender, lemongrass, myrrh
